Dawson College Open House

Activities at Dawson College took place October 20, 2002, during the
College's annual Open House. Hundreds of visitors toured the chemistry
laboratories, where Salah El Adly and student assistants performed the
traditional chemical magic show almost nonstop throughout the day. Students
in the Chemical Technology Program demonstrated some procedures in chemical
analysis, including one based on chemiluminescence. Chemistry faculty also
staffed an Information Desk to answer inquiries about programs and entrance
requirements.
