Saguenay and National Chemistry Week
(Including Côte Nord)

For NCW, a group of 8 students participated to the Colloque anuel de chimie des étudiantes et étudiants de l'Université de Sherbrooke on October 25th. 

Four schools participated in the annual Crystal Growing Competition. Their crystals were displayed during a general public invitation at the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi.  Mathieu Bond from the Polyvalente Manikoutai, Sept-Iles, presented the best overall crystal and Marco Landry and M-André Cormier from l'École Mgr-Labrie, Havre St-Pierre submitted a crystal with the best quality. Congratulations to all who participated and had fun with their crystal.  Mathieu Bond also received the best overall prize nationally.
